Warrn vs Squadcast (now SolarWinds Incident Response)
The lowest sticker price in the category — kept low by holding workflows, runbooks, status pages and every AI feature at higher tiers.
Squadcast is now SolarWinds Incident Response
SolarWinds acquired Squadcast in March 2025 and the product now ships as SolarWinds Incident Response. squadcast.com redirects to solarwinds.com, and the support site has moved to support.incidents.cloud.solarwinds.com. Pricing has been restructured under the SolarWinds brand — third-party listings still showing the old Free/$12/$19/$26 ladder are stale.

Where Squadcast (now SolarWinds Incident Response) wins
The lowest published entry price in this comparison at $15/user/mo, with status pages included at Premium rather than sold separately. If cost is the dominant constraint and you do not need AI, it is a reasonable, unglamorous choice.
